Step 6: Cook your grilled cast iron pizza about 10-12 minutes. The cook time will vary drastically depending on the average temperature of your grill and the size of your cast iron skillet. A Traeger will take around 15-20 minutes and a Yoder will be more like 10-15 minutes. Keep your eye on the pizza at the half way mark, you might have to rotate it to keep it baking evenly. Once the cheese and crust are golden, use your metal peel and remove from the grill.
